Eligibility
To be eligible for the MeMail.com Ad Network, your list(s):
Must be 100% opt-in
Must offer unsubscribe privileges
Must have a combined circulation of at least 25,000
Must NOT offer any incentives for subscribers to click on advertisements
Terms
The terms of our Network Agreement are as follows:
* Upon joining our Network,
MeMail.com agrees to broker your ad space on a
non-exclusive
basis. As compatible ads become available, you will be
notified of
campaign run dates and price.
We generally offer ads at least
one week in advance
of run dates, but will occasionally notify
you on a last-minute basis to help fill your
remnant space.
* You have the
right to accept or reject any ads offered to you before
scheduling is
finalized.
* We prefer top or premium
positioning for the ads we send to you, although in many
cases other positions are negotiable.
* We never disclose the
identities of our Network Partners to our clients, which
protects your rate card.
* We have a Net 45 pay-out arrangement with all of our Network Partners.
